Diversity in Our Workplace

Equality and inclusion are important at LAWO and ABLE. By bringing together a broad mix of professionals with unique perspectives, we provide our clients and the communities we serve with a broader and more positive experience. We have established a Diversity Team whose mission is to address areas of diversity and serve as a forum through which all staff may safely address individual areas of diversity. The Diversity Committee works to ensure that the law firms continue to address diversity at every stage of service delivery, leadership development, and program management, working toward measurable and positive results.
