Mobile Benefit Bank Can Help You File Your Taxes
The Mobile Benefit Bank will be assisting Lucas and Wood County residents
with the filing of their taxes from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on:
Saturday, February 22, 2014 & Saturday, March 22, 2014
Advance appointments are required. Call (419) 724-0030 to schedule.
All appointments are held at the offices of Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Inc. (LAWO) at 525 Jefferson Avenue in downtown Toledo. On weekends, free parking is available on downtown streets.
What should I bring with me to file my taxes?
- A photo ID (i.e. Ohio driver's license, state ID card);
- All income forms (W-2s, 1099’s, etc.);
- Social Security numbers for client, spouse and dependents;
- Birth dates for client, spouse and dependents;
- Last year’s tax documents;
- Expense records (1098 forms, charitable contributions);
- Child care provider's EIN or SSN.
