FACULTY:

  • Donna Evans is an associate attorney with the Sandusky, Ohio firm Murray & Murray, Co. L.P.A., where she has practiced since 2001. Ms. Evans is a 2000 magna cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She received her B.A. from Marian College. At Murray & Murray, Ms. Evans focuses on plaintiffs' trial practice, class actions and commercial litigation.
     
  • Stanley Hirtle is a senior attorney with Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc., where he practices in the Dayton office.  Mr. Hirtle primarily practices in the area of consumer law and public benefits.  Before joining ABLE in 2004, he served with Legal Aid Society of Dayton since 1990. Mr. Hirtle received his B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. from Northwestern University College of Law. Mr. Hirtle is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and has served as the Tri-chair of the Ohio State Legal Services Association Consumer Task Force.
     
  • Edward A. Icove is a partner in Icove Legal Group, Ltd., Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Icove was a VISTA attorney and legal services attorney with the Cincinnati Legal Aid Society and Southeastern Ohio Legal Services. He is a former Board Member (and President) of the Cleveland Legal Aid Society, and Board Member of the Northern District of Ohio’s Federal Bar Association. He specializes in social security disability case, and public interest law, including consumer cases.  He has handled numerous individual and class consumer cases in both state and federal courts.
     
  • Veronica L. Zoltowski is the Regional Managing Attorney of Meaningful Economic Opportunity work at Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Inc. Her work regularly involves CSPA litigation, predatory car transactions, and debt collection matters. She received her B.S. from Michigan State University and her J.D. from New England School of Law.
